Flicks for iPhone
Very useful programme (if you want to go to the cinema that is). Open it up and it searches for cinemas in your location. You can change the search area to track more distant venues or filter them out. Once there and you get a list of films at that cinema and you can download trailers, reviews and viewing times. There is also contact details but you cannot book over the net (yet).

How long does it typically take to download a trailer; do you have to wait for it to fully buffer or does it just starting playing when it has enough?
